And No Matt I didn 't get answer but I think the problem it 's the program that run as a service tomcat5w.exe. It runs as 32bit so when this tries to start the tomcat at 64 bit gives the error.

As the subject suggests I am looking to move from Tomcat 4.1.29 to 4.1.31
on a Macintosh G5 server running OS 10.4.6.
Normally I believe that this would simply require that the 4.1.31 For some reason when I shut down my tomcat app via commandline or the
service it tries to re-init my app.
Has anyone seen this happen to them? I can 't seem to find anything in the
