The code that I have is simply executing a binary called "cimmsI have separate web and app servers. They are both behind a firewall
and I only have port 80 access to the web server and ssh to each of the

only just a few users i do 'service tomcat restart ' and it drops to less
than 5% cpu usage on a dual xeon server (shows upHi all
