fileExtern results in the message "Expected a dict object " when selecting the

We have a application that works fine in tomcat 5.5.9 with ssl support. We
build some reports to work with pdf itext 1.2.1. It is working nice while we

I use PDFStamper to 'fill in ' data (approx 50KB of data into approx 150
Fields) retrieved from the database.

Using iText (v 1.2.3) for an app that builds a table
in two columns. It extends into some 10 pages. It sets
the doc margins the table width percentage etc once
and only once.

I am new to itext and i was going through all documents in your
website. Actually i am trying to extract images from the PDF file like
extracting the first page (normally an image) frCan I use a .fon file to display text in itext? I am using FontFactory.Register
() to register a .fon file. Then I get the font later using FontFactory.getFont

Now I *did* update from 1.4.2_07 to 1.4.2_08 but I 'm loading fonts by

In my previous post "Missing the hyphen question " I described our
problem with a missing hyphen when we print to a certain device.
One suggested fix was to "fully embed " the fontAnybody know how to progamatically set the font size on a free text annotation??
