I need to built the bookmarks in a PDF documents.
I found the class SimpleBookmark but I haven 't find an example that make
the bookmark list from "scratch " simply adding
actions like name "PAI am attempting to use PdfCopyFields to concatinate and fdfmerge.
When I run the following code I get the exception

I have a multiple column table that spans 2 pages. The issue is I
can 't get the cell borders to continue to the next page for column that
does not have text or when the text isHowdy
The synopsis of what I wish to do is have an application that lives in the
servlet context (application life time) and replace data in table cells
that were established when the servleAcrobat 6.0 allows a user to specify styles/rich text (eg. bold/italic/etc.)
