Each Method in EJB will have one transaction attributes .There are seven
Transaction Attributes .
for your case you can give the attrbute as TX_REQUIRED in the ejb-jar.xml

An EJB was built on Sun One Application Server 7.0 and deployed well on Win-XP.

I am using a standalone instance of websphere 5.0.2.Other than default
server1 i have created a new server server2 on same node.I have started
this server successfully but in web based admiI have two server and they contains same content in every server and to have reached load balance by hardware.When user ask a request hardware will distribute this user 's request to one server this reI 'm trying to implement a servlet filter that intercepts requests to a
servlet and if the user is not authenticated run the supplied username and
password through a JAAS authentication cycle. I 'm uNot sure if this is the right place to post this question.. If it 's not
