Master Data loading on server start up 2004-08-19 - By Manish Malhotra
Back Hi,
1. Use startup servlet. 2.Using normal servlet, get the data and put in the session / context. But bfr putting check whether its already available or not. 2. Any POJO with static block to load. And then cache this data in a context or session.
regards, Manish

Hi,
In our web application we want to load some master data in memory on server start up so that it is always available in session/memory whenever referred.
Any ideas how this can be achieved.
Regards, Govind
