Properties file or a Constants Class

Properties file or a Constants Class

For Configurable values, property file would be the best place. The values
here can be modified before server start up.

On the other hand, define constants for those values which are immutable and
do not change at all during the course cycle.

Subject: Properties file or a Constants Class

Hi guys,

Is it better to use a Constants java class and declare all the constants or
use a key value pair properties file backed by a Properties class?

Thanx & Regards
KR Kumar
