I was wondering if anybody knows how to remove attributes xmlns:xsi, xsi:schemaLocation from the root element.  Also I"m using XMLOutputter and it keeps adding xmlns attribute to bunch of elements.  Is there some way to remove it besides traversing each element and calling element.setNamespace(null)?
