Hi,Guys,

We are doing online shopping. Here is the problem:

After users place an order from our website, system will automatically send
out a confirmation letter to the users. If they are Chinese, the letter
will be in Chinese. Now we experience problem. The
Chinese characters can not be displayed correctly under code type:
Simplified Chinese(GB2312). The user have to change view code type from
Chinese(GB2312) to Unicode(UTF-8) to display the letter.

However, there are no problems with the Email Server, since we can send and
receive Chinese lettter. We have tried to install our web in other computer
and used the same Email Server(from Empire) to send out email, no problem,
this means there are no problems with our software code.

Based on the above testing, we think there are some problems in the Web
Hosting Server. Somehow when Hosting server send message to Email server, a
problem occurs. That is our guess.

Please help us.
