Hello,

I'm looking for a solution to remove metadata from existing PDF
documents. iText is capable of adding encryption after a PDF document
has been created with any application, so I thought it could also change
the metadata, like

 - Author
 - Creator
 - Producer
 - Created
 - Last Modified
 - Title
 - Keywords

Is it possible with iText, or do you know of any other command line tool
able to handle this?
