How do I set my permissions on my pdf so that my users
can't modify the documents?

I've looked at the:
PdfEncryptor.encrypt((reader,
out),PdfWriter.AllowPrinting |
PdfWriter.AllowDegradedPrinting,fase);

But this dosen't work.
