The one thing I learned in this biz
The more incompetent the person is the more "politically adept" they become
(as a matter of survival) and as a side effect their political adeptness
allows them to achieve much higher rank (managers/supervisors) than us
(throw away day laborer peons)
It would be wise for you to take GREAT PAINS to NOT point out the
incompetent's stupidity but instead..
offer them the chance for you to mentor them in ANT technology/methodology
with simple examples
