Hello,

I developed an application which generates a PDF document and can either intiate a "silent print" (on their local printer) or email the document (as an attachment) to the client.

Quite recently, a few users have been experiencing an issue, where on the first generated PDF document, the text generated is garbage (or decribed as Arabic, I'm wating to a print of the document) and then its fine after that?.

The only thing I can think of, is the way I have generated the FONT (its using Helvetica) for the text, its not EMBEDDED, and that this font is not defined within the uses pc?.

I dont know if I'm on the right tarck, if anyone could assist, it would be greatly appreciated.
