Back I have been using the springframework since 1.1 version. I always wanted a framework that give me support to all tiers of an application. I just had worked with struts framework that give me support only to the web tier. When I discover the spring, my life changed... it is everything that I was finding... I am a brasilian from Rio de Janeiro and I have perceived that here people have used more and more this kind of framework (Avalon or Spring) and using the EJB structure only when have necessity.
