Do you have the libraries mentioned in the Manual?? Mail uses a couple of
them (activation.jar & mail.jar, I believe).
This is an excrept of one of my build files. This sends mail messages to
multiple addresses:

<mail mailhost="${mail.host}" mailport="${mail.port}"
subject="${param.mail.subject}"
encoding="plain"
from="${param.mail.sender}" tolist="${param.mail.list}"
files="${param.mail.file}">
<message src="${param.mail.message}"/>

It acts like a mail is sent with the javax error, in conclusion no mail
