I am using Websphere Application Server version 6.0
I wish to change the configuration file information stored in application
server
and wish to add some more information to it ...............using java
program.

Is there some INI File or XML file to be changed for the same?
or the configuration information is store in database?

can this be done only through JMX or can it be done by simple java
programming,?

Any inputs , How can it be done.
