UNICODE u\250x with ITEXT and Courier New

Hi,

I have tried to use unicode caracters u\2502, it seems not used ?

I could use u\2014 but not u\2502, do you have an idea ?

My IText document is created with Font Courrier New, and i need to replace some caracters by unicode value like u\2502
