Hi all,

How tab characters are rendered in table cell (PdfPTable) ?

Itext doesn't seem to render content with tab characters correctly.

For example,  If you go to http://itextdocs.lowagie.com/examples/com/lowagie/examples/objects/tables/MyFirstTable.java
and change
    table.addCell("1.1")
  to
    table.addCell("This is a test \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t bug \t\t\t\t\t bug2 \t\t\t\t");
 


"bug2" will run over the the next cell instead of wrapping around.

This seems like a bug in itext.
