I'm sorry if my question wasn't clear enough, I had been staring at it for
hours yesterday.

I did follow the examples in the tutorial, and as it turns out, the
problem lied somewhere else. The string values I was adding to the Chunks
were empty, while I assumed they weren't. However, the expected strings
were added to the PDF as regular text, which got me confused.
