Dear IText-Developer,

i have tested your examples and i'd like to know how you created the resources
SimpleRegistrationForm.pdf <file:///D:/_Books/itext_tutor/itextdocs.lowagie.com
/tutorial/general/copystamp/SimpleRegistrationForm.pdf> to manipulate existing
PDF documents.
I'd like to create some pdf-files with AcroFields for substitutions .
