Issue with eastern europe special characters [ CC Anti-Virus c

Hi,

We are using your pdf classes to generate pdf documents with Java from a
Lotus Notes database.
We have now an issue with the special eastern european characters like:

ENERGOMONTA? P??NOC BE?CHAT?W SP. Z
BI?GORAJ K/BE?CHATOWA (Poland)
ENERGOMONTA? P??NOC BE?CHAT?W SP. Z
HYDRAULICK? STROJE A ZA??ZEN? s.r.o.
JAN PL??EK
Ji?? ?vec
JPJ AUTOMATYKA JAROS?AW JARZ?BOWSKI JAROS?AW JARZ?BOWSKI
KBI VERTRIEBS GMBH
MIK??K JI?? - Elektro
OKR?GOWA SP??DZIELNIA MLECZARSKA
POLFA-??D? SA
SERVIS JE??B?, a.s.
SERVIS V?TAHY
(I hope you can read the above lines properly).

In the generated PDF documents, we don't see those characters when used.
In our code, we use the paragraph object to hold the content coming from
the Lotus Notes database to write to the pdf document.

Do you know what we can do or what we are doing wrong to be able to handle
such characters?

Thank you in advance for your answer,

Best regards,

- Lillo Arnone
