iText expects the text to be in logical order and not contain presentation
characters. As far as I know it works and it's not by only presenting
pictures that you'll prove otherwise. In other words, the problem, if any,
must be reproducible.

Hi All,
I am working on an application in swing in which I have a JTextArea
which takes the input. When I enter only Arabic characters and generate
a PDF using iText, the data displayed is perfectly fine as displayed in
Screen Shot 1.
I have used
com.lowagie.text.pdf.ColumnText.showTextAligned(template,
PdfContentByte.ALIGN_RIGHT, new
Phrase(textList.get(iTemp).toString(),font2), fTempX, fTempY,
recTemp.angle,2,0);

But when I use Arabic and English text together the data generated in
the PDF is not as entered as shown in Screen Shot 2.

Since Arabic text is written from right to left, I have pressed
CTRL+SHIFT+O before entering data into the text area, so that text
starts from the right end of textarea, if I don't press CTRL+SHIFT+O the
data displayed on the textarea and canvas is different for Arabic and
Hebrew characters which run from right to left. But the pdf generated
matches with the data in the textarea as shown in Screen Shot 3.
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
