sorry for such a newbie but it's been quite a while since i had to handle
complex custom tables. i'm nesting some tables (not more than 2 deep) & i need
to vary the column widths of each table but it seems the nested tables are
following the column widths of the main table (even though i individually set
each tables' widths). i noticed the same thing for borders but was able to
workaround that by formatting each cell in the nested tables.

using Table as i need column & row spans at various places in the nested tables.
using an older version of iText (the one that comes w/coldfusion 7.x) i think
1.02b.

any ideas?
