Hi,
Can any one suggest me a pattern to handle situation:-

I have condition that my service method in servlet takes a long time to
complete & I want to handle the situation wherein the administrator has now
stopped the webserver that in turn calls the destroy() of servlet.

How would the ongoing tasks being handled by service() by default & what can
we do to handle it more efficient way so that destroy() does not affects the
ongoing tasks??
