Hassan,
 Your emails refer to the use of the Java Runtime environment.
This is going to seem like a dumb question, but are you running the SDK
or RTE with tomcat? You need to be running the SDK.

I am pretty sure that tomcat wont start without the SDK, but worth
double checking.
