This contains the catalog from the first edition of the book. Many of
the patterns are in both books so will provide some of what you need.
You can read some extra content and some detial samples at
http://java.sun.com/blueprints/patterns/catalog.html
We hope to update these sites with the latest versions of the patterns,
but if you need them now you could always check out a book store :-)
