I followed these instructions:

Actually I made a new directory C:\apache-tomcat-5.5.20\webapps\RMS
and put a hello.jsp and a hello.html there. Then I started Tomcat and
tried to access http://localhost/RMS/hello.html . Then it asked for
user/passord.
Did I do anything wrong? TIA.
