Use of Dependent Objects in EJB

Use of Dependent Objects in EJB

2003-08-06       - By Vikram Naik

 Back
Hello All,

We are currently addressing the issue of  dependent objects in our models
using or relying on CMRs. But suppose there is a case where the dependent
object is owned by the entity, how is it implemented using EJB 2.0 , at present
the only portable way we have is to stream the object to the BOLB colum of
schema, but is there any other alternative possible of this. Dont want to fall
for any app server specific extensions as for eg Websphere provides something
called Composers to address such issues.

Please share your views.

Thanks & Regards,
Vikram Naik
