Does the change in 5.5.21 address the OP's real problem? (I.e., his app
cached and reused the same RequestDispatcher object for multiple
concurrent requests.) It's difficult for me to see how Tomcat could
protect against that abuse without significant changes to the guts of
ApplicationDispatcher.
