As far as I can tell, it is not located anywhere. That's the whole
point of the test--verifying correct behavior when an absent file is
requested.

I assume you're seeing this request as part of the output of an
automated acceptance test, correct? My guess is that it should be
present, and that it's absence would instead indicate a problem.
