If I'm using a declarative global exception handler - say
  <global-exceptions>
    <exception key="expired.session" type="SessionExpired"
path="/apps/entry/logon.do" />

Is there any way I can force a redirect rather than a forward (similar
to using redirect="true" on a global forward)?
