This depends upon how the field is defined. The
WRAP="OFF|HARD|SOFT" option of the textarea tag will guide the browser,
but it may not be supported in all browsers. For HTML questions I would
recommend the Advanced HTML list to you (ADV-HTML@(protected)
low volume moderated list.
