Right now, 2.1.0 doesn't exist. We almost rolled the minor version
number, but decided to stay with 2.0.x for a bit longer. The
2.0.4-SNAPSHOT has only been open since Saturday, so there arent any
changes from the 2.0.3-SNAPSHOT yet.

When we do get to 2.1.0, we will be moving the AJAX theme to a plugin.

To keep abreast of new Struts development, the best thing is to
subscribe to the dev mailing list.
