I double-checked that there is only one tiles-core jar.

Monitoring shows:

Conventional Struts result response's Content-Type header is
text/html;charset=utf-8

If I request a jsp directly, the response's Content-Type header is
text/html;charset=utf-8

Tiles Result response has no Content-Type header
