I'd like to be able to add a Last-Modified header to a response when
returning binary data from a struts2 action...
I assume the right place to add this would be to
org.apache.struts2.dispatcher.StreamResult. I guess I could always add
it myself in a custom subclass, but that seems silly if y'all would
accept a patch to add it directly to StreamResult...

...opinions?
