The glassfish .ear created all .jar in my root_context.
I deleted them and run very well.
But My application is very slow !!! I have an action and delay 10 seconds to
load with 50 tuples.
Any idea to improve performace Struts 2.0.6 ?

yes, looks like that. the error message says it all.
struts2-spring-plugin is loaded in 2 places:
acnsf/struts2-spring-plugin-2 (See http://gin-2.ora-code.com).0.6.jar
and
acnsf/acnsf_war_war/WEB-INF/lib/struts2-spring-plugin-2 (See http://gin-2.ora-code.com).0.6.jar
It looks like the lib is added to the ear project as well as to the war
project contained within the ear.
