I'm new to JBoss Portal and have just a few questions about getting started.

I want to start a new site. Am I supposed to take the existing portal site from the download distribution and customize it to my needs, or is there a skeleton someplace? Basically I want to start with a fresh site. Wha's the best way to get started with building an empty site and start adding in the Portal components? I'd like to start with a simple site that just has the membership component.
