Hi Itext Gurus/Developers/Enthusiasts,

Does anyone know if Itext encryption is compatible with secured pdf that has
no file ID in the trailer dictionary? That is, for a secured document that
has no file ID, will itext fail when it's trying to execute encryption
methods/functions that use file ID in the algorithm?? for example:
SetupUserKey, or CreateDocumentID function??
