[iText-questions] Changing Background color of selected text

Web Service Thesis

Replies:

Hello.

I am attempting to create a PDF document using iText (Java). I would like to make a portion of the text have a black background with white text. (The rest of the document is a standard "white" background with black text.)

Note, I do not want the entire page to be a black background with white text, only a small paragraph. (ie: setting the entire document's color background to one color will not work).

Is this possible to do? The setColorFill() method can change the color of the text.

Thanks in advance for any responses and/or assistance.

Ken
