Can someone please provide a few hints on how I can achieve this

I need my RTF doc to look like something like the following

gong down the page & continuing on to as many pages as I need

Furthermore am I able to define a Table inside the column

From what I’ve seen of the API I can do this as PDF

BUT I need to o/p RTF as the user needs to edit the text in some of the cells
