I've noticed that when conversation is ended in pages.xml

| <exception class="orka.RollBackException">
|   <end-conversation/>
|      <redirect view-id="/Pocetna.jsp">
|         <message>ERROR</message>
|      </redirect>
|   </exception>
|

that conversation is not removed from conversationList.
