It seems it is coming from the persistence part.
Seems it can't get the PortalObject node from the database.

Did you configure the datasource (MySql or another one), as explained in the
doc ?

If you use the hypersonic database (default), make sure it can write in the
jboss folder, to store the database.
The best would be to try with a MySQL database.

also, as you don't say it : did you created the database ?
it is all explain in the doc (reference guide...).
