Looking at the iText-signed PDF file signature dictionary /ByteRange
field, it contains a quadruple /ByteRange [x1 x2 x3 x4]. Does
PdfSignatureAppearance.getRangeStream() return the bytes [x1 to x2] +
[x3 to x4]?
