When displaying any number (int, double, long) greater than 1,000, the comma
is shown as the grouping character. This is happening with a struts select
drop down for a year (ie: 2,007  2,008  2,009 etc). When posted, the
numbers are parsed correctly, however, the fact that they are displaying is
a little troubling. How can we get rid of the commas? I can't find any
information on this issue.
