I looked through the API, searched the mailing list, etc, but didn't see an exact solution for this.  I apologize if this is answered somewhere really obvious. :)

The situation:  Document "A" is a PDF with form fields.  Document "B" is a PDF with the same layout of A, but without form fields.  Is there a way to copy the form fields from A to B?
