My experience with same-named fields, is that not all viewers
(not even Adobe Reader) immediately update the other same-named
field(s) when one field is updated.
Maybe you could force the update with JavaScript, but I didn't
have to deal with this particular problem myself yet, so I don't
have any sample code.
