I'm not sure where the appropriate place to report this is and I'm not
a pedant but the link to the Struts 2 "Download Now" says "version
2.0.6".

and links to:

http://struts.apache.org/download.cgi#struts206

When it should probably say "2.0.9" and link to "#struts209".
