Back Got it - missed the SigQ validation stuff...
The problem is more clear if you use Acrobat Professional (which anyone doing PDF development needs to own a copy of!) and the Preflight feature, which reports that there is a "Key-Value Error"
The value associated with the key is of incorrect type Encoding CosName Resources 0 ->AcroForm->DR
