I have managed to unpack and start the above, but now having issues just using
the demo out of the box.

Im getting very strange results with the jbpm demo / reference configuration
that comes with the jbpm-jpdl-suite-3 (See http://ite-3.ora-code.com).2.1 package. Things time out ... error
messages all over the jboss logs and in particular I think this is related to a
JSF error I noticed in the log :-

I am at my wits end with this product and my manager is screaming for results,
I trawled through a tonne of documentation and forum entries nothing seems to
work is 3.2.1 duff or am i missing something ?
