You say you have a couple of showTextAligned invocations; are you sure the BT and ET operators are added on the correct place? You add them with beginText() and endText(). Maybe you are doing stuff inside a BT/ET pair that is not allowed, or you are doing stuff outside such a pair that should be inside. Anyway: without seeing the PDF, it's hard to tell (and even then, reading PDF syntax to debug problems like this isn't always easy). br, Bruno
